Early Childhood & Elementary Educators

Consulting | Workshops | Continuing Education

Early educators are the supportive bridge that allow children to begin exploring their identities outside their families.

I seek to support and empower early educators through workshops, observations, and consulting to facilitate understanding and supply actionable plans for their classrooms.

Seeking support outside a school system can help educators foster a sense of curiosity in their student’s behaviors and prevent burnout by nurturing the community spirit.

Ways We Can Work Together

Classroom Observations

  • Classroom observations are a great way to get a unique perspective on a child’s learning environment. I have performed observations for some of RDU’s most sought after early educational institutions.

One-on-One Support

  • Searching for supportive feedback on how to navigate a unique circumstance? As a former early educator and play therapist I’m passionate about making educators feel heard and supported so they’re equipped to support the world’s smallest minds.

Continuing Education Credits

  • I am currently licensed to teach and provide CEC’s for one of my favorite topics: “Responding to Challenging Behavior” in addition to several other topics.

As a former early education teacher, I provide foundational structure, real world insight, and actionable tips.

“I have known Dhruti nearly 20 years and she is an incredible advocate for children and families. As an educational leader she had deep conversations with many different teachers and specialists to create new and creative ideas to help the whole child succeed…

Her calm nature and kind approach helps everyone to open up and give ideas and input into strategies to help children and families.”
